Service Description

Students will spend the first half of the class building and expanding upon fundemental floor work skills such as; rolls, crawls, leg waves, shoulder stands, and split variations. The second half of the class will be spent learning a set of choreography that teaches movement patterns and dance elements off the pole and on the floor. Recommended that students wear pants or leg warmers. Kneepads are encouraged! Heels are often utilized, but not required. Open to all levels!
