Service Description

Students will learn combos that smoothly transition on spin pole. This class will focus less on intricate combo building and more on teaching students how to safely and gracefully execute skills on spin pole. Students will also learn dance elements to transition into and out of spin passes. Best suited for students in Beginner and Intermediate 1 Prerequisites (can be on static): Strong sit, basic spins
